Internships

Organisations offering Internships will benefit by providing Graduate Learners with the necessary on-the-job training according to a learning programme that corresponds with their field of study. Internships offer industry specific but not necessarily occupation specific experience. This means that, for example, a Medical Aid organisation may offer Internships in any or some of the fields related to the industry. An Intern may therefore be contractually employed in the HR or Training department as this relates to their field of study.

Our services include the following:

  • Learner / Intern recruitment policies and procedures;
  • Registration of Learnerships/Internships with the relevant ETQA;
  • Advice and guidance on the full process as well as claiming back from SDL discretionary grants.
